Wang Jian visited the company’s future factory workshop and digital cockpit to gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s production and operation, as well as the digital and intelligent empowerment of industrial transformation and upgrading. Upon learning that the company’s annual R&D investment accounts for more than 5% and the proportion of R&D personnel reaches 25%, Wang Jian highly praised the company’s innovative investment. He pointed out that the key for a company to move from “big” to “strong” is independent innovation. It is necessary to further promote technological innovation, product innovation, and management innovation, delve deeper into the integration of “artificial intelligence +” and forge more “unique skills” and “core technologies.”
